The location suited my needs perfectly. i found the lounge area very comfortable, especially when i was with a group. The beautiful setting provided a relaxing backdrop. the breakfast service was Really good and the lady on duty remembered names. That personal touch made a difference! the staff's friendliness and attentiveness added to the appeal.

The room was a little noisy. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

the hotel offers a clean environment, including a gym with multiple treadmills and bike machines. i noticed that the pool area had twenty loungers, with a separate, nicely shaded part. overall, the facilities seemed WELL maintained.

The staff was fantastically helpful and cute upon arrival. A lady on breakfast service was excellent and remembered our names. James also gave us lessons for golf and kindly lent us golf clubs .

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially at reception. Our room was very clean upon arrival. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection.. cappuccinos and freshly cooked poached eggs were available. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the restaurant.

shelly and her colleague at reception greeted me with such warmth. every member of staff i encountered showed really good friendliness. breakfast included a good buffet, complete with cappuccinos and perfectly poached eggs prepared to my liking. the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant felt very inviting.

Upon entering the bathroom, i noticed the drains emitted a strong odor. toiletries were quite basic, consisting of only body wash and shampoo. the shower water never reached a high temperature. It remained lukewarm throughout my showers.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location seemed nice and quiet. It was near Nottingham Town Centre but away from the nightlife. Breakfast was lovely too.

The bathroom drains smelled when I first used them. Toiletries were very basic, just body wash and shampoo. The shower never got really hot. It was only lukewarm.
