great experience
beautiful setting comfortable lounge personal touch staff attentiveness
The location suited my needs perfectly. i found the lounge area very comfortable, especially when i was with a group. The beautiful setting provided a relaxing backdrop. the breakfast service was Really good and the lady on duty remembered names. That personal touch made a difference! the staff's friendliness and attentiveness added to the appeal.
The room was a little noisy. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

the hotel offers a clean environment, including a gym with multiple treadmills and bike machines. i noticed that the pool area had twenty loungers, with a separate, nicely shaded part. overall, the facilities seemed WELL maintained.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options, with hot items replenished regularly. cappuccinos were made to order, and other specific requests, like poached eggs, were accommodated. the bar and restaurant area had a warm, cute atmosphere. We also had light supper there.

easy access helpful staff english breakfast recommended venue
The location provided very easy access and parking. Breakfast service included a full english with toast and marmalade. I appreciate that. Staff members were VERY helpful, very discreet. The venue is excellent.

The golf course presented a great experience, with well kept greens and fairways. The lounge area had comfortable seating, perfect for group gatherings or relaxation. There is also a restaurant and a bar available for everyone.

I REALLY enjoyed the restaurant and bar, and the food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast included full english options. There were also options for toast and marmalade, what else do you need?

The staff was fantastically helpful and cute upon arrival. A lady on breakfast service was excellent and remembered our names. James also gave us lessons for golf and kindly lent us golf clubs .

Great stay near Nottingham
helpful staff clean room breakfast selection evening meal
I appreciated the helpful staff, especially at reception. Our room was very clean upon arrival. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection.. cappuccinos and freshly cooked poached eggs were available. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the restaurant.
The key detector was loose on the door in my room.

The room looked okay initially. HOWEVER, the promised amenities were not all present. I had to request some items. Breakfast service was slow. Several buffet items were empty and not refilled quickly. This impacted the overall breakfast experience negatively.

warm welcome really good staff breakfast buffet bathroom drain basic toiletries lukewarm shower
shelly and her colleague at reception greeted me with such warmth. every member of staff i encountered showed really good friendliness. breakfast included a good buffet, complete with cappuccinos and perfectly poached eggs prepared to my liking. the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant felt very inviting.
Upon entering the bathroom, i noticed the drains emitted a strong odor. toiletries were quite basic, consisting of only body wash and shampoo. the shower water never reached a high temperature. It remained lukewarm throughout my showers.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location seemed nice and quiet. It was near Nottingham Town Centre but away from the nightlife. Breakfast was lovely too.
The bathroom drains smelled when I first used them. Toiletries were very basic, just body wash and shampoo. The shower never got really hot. It was only lukewarm.
