Location is AMAZING!!! It is very close to Petra entrance and restaurants. The room was sparkling clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel offered a complimentary minibar, a lovely bonus.

The location was super. I could walk just three minutes to the visitor center. My room was clean. It was served with Jordanian groceries, snacks, and drinks. The rooftop dinner had many selections, but the view was a big plus.
On my last day, I met Abdullah at the front office, he was rude. His behavior watered down the good work of other staff members. I wonder how he got selected for a client-facing role.

The hotel is across the street from the Petra Visitor Center and Museum. This location offered unbeatable access to the site. The breakfast buffet presented a wide assortment of local and international options. I especially enjoyed hearing a local expert teach a tour group about local spices and trade routes.
The advertised rooftop swimming pool was closed. It was to have been out of service for a while. This was disappointing given it was still advertised .
