outdated room poor food quality
the location was acceptable since it was close to the site entrance.
the room felt outdated. the view from my window was nonexistent, and i noticed there wasn't a pool available. the food quality was poor and the cost was high.

a cave of wonders
heart location mystical cave lovely staff
its location felt so close to the heart of everything. i remember the mystical cave bar felt so special. the manager amer and zead, cared for my food preferences with so much love. the beautiful stays there left a mark on my heart forever.
the rooms need a little tender care, they feel a bit outdated. i wished my room offered a lovely view, that was the only thing missing. a sweet garden would also add a sparkle.

my room had such spacious design and it felt very comfortable. i found fresh fruits and water waiting as a welcome touch. beds were especially soft like clouds, inviting sweet dreams.

mixed experience near petra entrance
faulty bathroom broken air conditioning
the location is right next to the entrance.
the bathroom flooded each time i took a bath , and the front desk didn't fix it. the air conditioning also didn't work . the manager offered a fruit basket , but i never received it.

cave bar special ambiance really good service outdated rooms missing items expensive price
the cave bar was such a highlight, i found the ambiance special. we sipped cocktails and felt completely relaxed. the unique design and really good service made it a perfect spot i think. the location was unbeatable, and i really love the architectural style. the hotel blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings i think. it create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and awe-inspiring.
the rooms felt dated, and there wasnt a view to speak of. i found it dissapointing, there isnt pool or lounge. it limited what i could do when i wanted to relax. i felt it too expensive for what you get. breakfast was a bit of issue. i always asked for missing items.
