dedicated staff excellent breakfast comfy beds
the staff showed SUCH dedication. i had an excellent breakfast in the restaurant. the beds WERE super comfy.
the stairs annoyed me, especially when carrying luggage.

the room felt quite small. there wasn't adequate seating. the photos online gave a different impression. the price, over €300 per night, felt steep for what we got.

beautiful room convenient location sweet staff
i found the staff very sweet and cute the room was beautiful and all the facilities were lovely. it was a convenient location from dam square a tram station was very close. it was around 20 minutes by walking i would definitely book again.
our room was near the road there was some traffic noise.

the hotel is in a great neighborhood also really close to the tram you can explore other parts of the city easily. the hotel is near multiple restaurants providing lots of dining options.

the restaurant downstairs had a good selection of great food i appreciated the convenience. the hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the room which was a nice touch after a long travel day.

friendly staff convenient walk amazing cocktails
I found the staff friendly and helpful.. It was easy to walk to the city center. The hotel has a superb bar, and the staff are super helpful. They enhanced the hotel experience, and the cocktails tasted amazing.
The stairs made getting in and out slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage.
