i found the staff very sweet and cute the room was beautiful and all the facilities were lovely. it was a convenient location from dam square a tram station was very close. it was around 20 minutes by walking i would definitely book again.
our room was near the road there was some traffic noise.

the hotel is in a great neighborhood also really close to the tram you can explore other parts of the city easily. the hotel is near multiple restaurants providing lots of dining options.

I found the staff friendly and helpful.. It was easy to walk to the city center. The hotel has a superb bar, and the staff are super helpful. They enhanced the hotel experience, and the cocktails tasted amazing.
The stairs made getting in and out slightly inconvenient when carrying luggage.
