excellent stay, was awesome
convenient locationclear communicationcomplimentary teareliable wi-fi
I found the location convenient. it was easy to catch a bus nearby. the communication from the staff regarding check-in and check-out was clear. tea and coffee were provided, a nice touch. the wi-fi worked well and the room was warm. All very useful features.
the sky windows in the roof lacked blinds. this caused us to wake up quite early each day. it became a little bothersome.

the kitchenette included all necessary equipment for cooking. there was a big fridge available for storing groceries. nespresso machine provided convenient coffee. large capsules were a bonus.

The apartment design impressed me and the children liked the upper space. the large window offered ample light. the building looked gorgeous. Very well maintained. free luggage storage was available at the reception.

a mixed experience
coffee machinehalf length glass doorloosen toilet roll holder
the apartment was well furnished and included a coffee machine.
the shower had only a half length glass door. water spilled out easily, and the floor became wet. also, the toilet roll holder was loosen and could not hold the roll in place. this was quite ANNOYING.

Fantastic Location and Well-Equipped Apartment

The bus stop was directly in front of the accommodation, a VERY convenient feature. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated having those amenities. There were also several restaurants nearby, made dining out quite easy.
The soundproofing wasn't very good. I could hear people walking in the hallway at night. This disruption made it hard to sleep WELL.

The location offered easy access to public transport. Supermarket, cafes, and restaurants were within walking distance. I appreciated the artistic decor. It added a nice touch and connected me to the local history.

The apartment had two toilets and a bathtub. This was very convenient for my family. The upstairs loft was great for the kids, it gave them their own space. I appreciated the coffee machine and tea provided.

broken liftstained towels
The lift was out of service. i was on the third floor and it was a real effort to get my luggage up all those stairs. also, i found yellow stains on two of the towels and black marks on one of the pillowcases. Quite disgusting really.
