the free ferry runs frequently. rooms include fridges i found useful. the staff was very kind. bottled water was provided each day.
the room lighting was dim, and the windows offered limited views.

Obi at check in secured an early room after flight issues. the restaurant staff showed kindness. our room was a nice space. The daily cleaning included fresh coffee restocks. great toiletries were provided too.
