Excellent Location and Breakfast

The hotel is next to a shopping centre. I found various cafes and restaurants there. Breakfast offered many choices. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. These aspects contributed positively to my experience.
The check-in process was somewhat slow. All my details were already in the system. I found it unnecessary to manually rewrite everything on paper.

the hotel provides direct access to a shopping center, which features a large supermarket. the tram stop in front of the building offered easy access to the harbor. the in-room safe was quite large, offering ample space for valuables.
the reception staff could improve their friendliness. i found them to be somewhat unwelcoming during my interactions. this impacted my overall first impression.

my standard king room offered a comfortable stay with modern amenities. the location allowed easy access to the central station. the breakfast buffet offered diverse options and everything tasted delicious. the staff provided friendly greetings each morning which i appreciated.
the gym was a little small for the number of guests at the hotel. it had only a few treadmills.

the breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from.
the room was not properly cleaned . i found some dirt in the shower and mold in the tile crevices. the staff did not address this problem after i reported it (i was pretty busy anyway).
