personal experience excellent service lovely courses awful carpet small lobby dreary decor
Ntombi provided excellent service during my afternoon tea. She explained all courses well. She served me intently. It was a very personal experience.
The hotel lobby and reception seemed small. I thought it was dull for a grand hotel. The carpet seemed awful in my upgraded room.

gorgeous grounds modern rooms informative tour dull lobby small reception awful carpet
the hotel grounds were gorgeous. modern rooms were very comfortable and i was very happy about that. hotel guest experience manage vuvu gave us an informative tour of the hotel. kennedy and brandon welcomed us to and from the hotel.
The entrance lobby was dull. the reception area was surprisingly small. i was upgraded to a beautiful suite and the room itself was not compatible with the price tag. The carpet was awful.
