the staff were supper friendly. breakfast was delicious!
I found it very noisy late at night. I could hear people in adjacent rooms cooking and banging things around. it made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. this noise affected my overall stay.

the room was spacious. it featured two bathrooms. the central location was very convenient. the staff proved quite helpful to me.
the breakfast variety was very poor. they only gave one room card. u need the room card to access the various floors so it became inconvenient. the one without the room card was stuck and couldn't access the room.

i found the staff friendly and cute i liked the buffet breakfast it was awesome the coffee was also good i stayed for 3 nights. the parking spot in the hotel is safe and secure that was important for me.
the gym could have been a little bigger it felt a little small.

i found the staff pleasant. they were helpful in all sections of the hotel. the apartment rooms were clean with excellent room service every day when needed. it was a great experience.
the shower door did not close properly. drainage was very slow for both the shower and sink. also, the wall below the window is not solid, outside noise levels permeated.

i received a warm welcome after my long flight, it was a nice start. the location is good as it is close to the convention center and some bars. i felt safe walking around AT night. the bed was also comfortable.
The variety at breakfast was very limited. only one room card was provided and it was an inconvenience. the card is needed to access floors, so one person could be stuck without it.
