my room was a club king room. it was a good size. amenities in the room included shampoo, body wash, and tea. staff were friendly.
the tv picture wasn't clear. channel selection were limited. the dining room felt disorganized at breakfast.

i appreciated the friendly staff . the hotel location was very central. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so i slept well (i even asked where they buy them!). the room was very clean, always a priority for me.
the hotel did not indicate if it was a halaal hotel. i wanted a glass of wine with dinner but i couldn't have it. that was a bit disappointing (still, it's a great hotel!).

The gym includes modern equipment for cardio and strength training. It features treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines. the outdoor pool area has several loungers and umbrellas. It provides a great space for relaxation. i liked it.

staff members offered helpful assistance and maintained a professional demeanor . the front desk team efficiently handled requests and provided information. i found the service to be attentive (they even remembered my coffee order!).

the twin room club access was spacious, clean and well-kept. the room included a mini-fridge and coffee maker for added convenience. i liked the modern design.
