my room was super clean, a beautiful suite, i found it so charming. breakfast offered so many options, i found what i wanted. the staff was always friendly and very well trained, a plus!
The deposit was a bit odd, they asked for all my credit card details, i refused! the minibar payment was difficult. The reception couldn't give me change. also, the parking garage floor seemed slippery, a bit scary in the rain.

the room was spacious the bed was soft the bathroom was clean i found the shower amazing. check in was quick staff made it seamless. shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this hotel.
i experienced slow wifi all movies on the tv buffered frequently.

i found the room quite spacious and well-kept, it included modern amenities. the bed offered good support. cleanliness was at a high standard throughout my visit.
during my stay, the staff seemed quite busy, perhaps understaffed. i was informed there were no pool towels available, even though the pool was not crowded.
