the breakfast had a wide variety. the quality of food was good. the staff was friendly and helpful, i noticed.

the check-in time was suppose to be 3pm, but i got the room around 430pm. a simple baby cot request took multiple asks to fulfill. there was no proper covered walkway to the car park, i saw.

The staff was SUPER friendly and always ready to help. I especially liked the complimentary canned drinks, nuts, chips, and KitKat in the fridge. Breakfast had a HUGE selection, and everything was delicious. Mr Syukor at the cafe was kind and made sure everything was okay.

I wish the hotel provided more information about nearby transportation. It was not ACCESSIBLE from the closest MRT train station. I had to walk quite a bit with my luggage.
