fantastic stay!
breakfast buffet delicious option great location
the breakfast buffet had many delicious options (especially the local delicacies). my room was modern and aesthetic. the hotel's location is great for both food lovers and those who enjoy shopping. i will choose this hotel again when i return.
the lights were confusing. there were too many buttons everywhere, and i didn't know which switch controlled which light.

the room was spacious and included many plug sockets, with universal sockets available. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were of very good quality. good lighting and mirrors are included.

the hotel has a lively pool with an attendant who offers required assistance. the gym is well-equipped. i found many shopping centers and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

excellent stay
stylish lobby cosy room complimentary check-out good cocktails
The hotel lobby is very spacious and stylish. The room was clean and cosy. I want to thank Henry at the Club Lounge, he arranged a complimentary late check-out since I had a late flight. The intern at the lounge makes dangerously good cocktails.
The air conditioning in the room was difficult to adjust. Sometimes the temperature was too hot, and sometimes it was too cold. It took multiple adjustments by the engineering department, but the issue remained unresolved.

The front desk provided really good service. Hakiml was attentive and efficient. He was always ready to help with a smile. The service is worthy of praise.

The breakfast had many options and was fantastic. The buffet included a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. I especially appreciated the weekend seafood dinner buffet. It provided an excellent culinary experience.

The Club Lounge is a comfortable, well-designed space. It is perfect to relax, especially in the evening when tasty light bites and drinks are served. Laundry facilities are located within a short walking distance from the hotel.

smelly towels poor cleanliness
the staff were very friendly and helpful, i suppose it was acceptable.
I had issues . The room was not particularly clean. the towels smelled bad. there were cleanliness issues everywhere, and the room facilities were not properly maintained.

ample parking shopping center great location
The ample parking met my needs perfectly. I found many shopping centers accessible within a short walk, which I appreciated. I certainly recommend it. During my visit, the location in Bukit Bintang proved very convenient for accessing many attractions.
I observed a slight queue at check-in.

The team handled seating arrangements efficiently. Despite many guests present during breakfast, Mr Faisal and Mdm. Liyana helped us find our seats quickly. It really impressed me.
