adequate accommodations
private pool comfortable bed poor service long delay
the villa had a private pool with a river view. i appreciated the comfortable beds in the villa. the pools and the animals contributed to a great experience. all food tasted fresh and delicious.
the customer service was very poor. luggage was not delivered for nearly three hours. the staff cited rain as the reason. i found this explanation unsatisfactory.

underwhelming stay for the price
upselling staff average meals
the location is undoubtedly beautiful and the upkeep of the grounds is acceptable.
i found the staff to be continuously pushing for additional purchases. they were frequently trying to upsell drinks. the meals also felt quite average, especially considering the elevated prices (the prices really didn't match the food quality).
