charming stay with twin towers views
great location buggy service gorgeous view
The location was superb. i really appreciate the buggy service to the suria klcc mall. It made getting around simple. the pool area was great and i swimmed every day. the view from my room overlooked the towers and it was gorgeous.
The air conditioning was a little noisy in the room. I adjust it a couple times.

The hotel features a convenient buggy service to suria klcc mall. It ensures easy access to shopping and dining options. the pool area includes ample loungers plus a shaded section perfect for relaxation. sauna and steam facilities are also available and work very well.

The reception staff was very efficient during check in and check out process. the hotel offers a complementary buggy service . It goes to and from the nearby klcc suria shopping mall. housekeeping maintains the rooms. It feels like home with good practice.

My room included big windows to enjoy scenic views all around the area. the delux room newly refurbished was spacious plus was like home to me. the bed was very comfy and big. I slept well .

perfect location pleasant staff helpful staff tasty choices
the location is perfect, right by the convention center and park. the staff was so pleasant! they were also very helpful. the breakfast buffet had many tasty choices.
The automated ordering system at the casual restaurant seemed a bit out of place for this kind of hotel. The service was a bit slow.

the breakfast buffet includes a generous selection of food that my family enjoyed, especially my kids who were thrilled to eat salmon in the mornings. the staff catered to my family's every need! it was a breakfast and a stay to remember.

staff members are always happy and obliging. one young lady named dhachalini was very nice and kind! she was also very caring and helpful. she always had a beautiful smile, especially during happy hour all three nights of my stay.

buggy service helpful staff comfy bed
the location were so close to suria klcc. a buggy service are available, so i did not walked much. staff were helpful and responsive all the time. whatsapp chat are available! the bed were very comfy too.
i find the room a bit noisy, it needed better soundproofing.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service
club lounge access unlimited refreshments attentive staff high standards
The Club Lounge access was a definite plus. It provided unlimited refreshments throughout the day! Afternoon tea and evening cocktails offered a relaxing way to unwind. I especially appreciated the staff in the Club Lounge. They remembered my name and ensured my needs were met. The room was also maintained to high standards. Very neat place.
The lifts sometimes took a little while to arrive, a minor inconvenience. This did not significantly impact my overall stay however.

The hotel is very near the Twin Towers! The area features a covered walkway to Bukit Bintang Pavilion. There is also a covered walkway through the convention center to KLCC LRT station. This location is indeed very convenient.

The Club Lounge provided unlimited refreshments all day! Afternoon tea included light snacks. 'Cocktail Hour' offered a wide choice of drinks and food, including local dishes. I did very much enjoy the food and drinks!

constant noise limited channels
My room, a beautiful room newly refurbished, faced an inner courtyard. this meant i heard constant noise from some sort of machinery. the tv wasn't great either. The picture quality seemed off, and the channel selection was limited. it was a bit disappointing, considering the hotel's reputation and i expect more.
