The location was superb. i really appreciate the buggy service to the suria klcc mall. It made getting around simple. the pool area was great and i swimmed every day. the view from my room overlooked the towers and it was gorgeous.

The air conditioning was a little noisy in the room. I adjust it a couple times.

The reception staff was very efficient during check in and check out process. the hotel offers a complementary buggy service . It goes to and from the nearby klcc suria shopping mall. housekeeping maintains the rooms. It feels like home with good practice.

My room included big windows to enjoy scenic views all around the area. the delux room newly refurbished was spacious plus was like home to me. the bed was very comfy and big. I slept well .

the location is perfect, right by the convention center and park. the staff was so pleasant! they were also very helpful. the breakfast buffet had many tasty choices.

The automated ordering system at the casual restaurant seemed a bit out of place for this kind of hotel. The service was a bit slow.

the breakfast buffet includes a generous selection of food that my family enjoyed, especially my kids who were thrilled to eat salmon in the mornings. the staff catered to my family's every need! it was a breakfast and a stay to remember.

The Club Lounge access was a definite plus. It provided unlimited refreshments throughout the day! Afternoon tea and evening cocktails offered a relaxing way to unwind. I especially appreciated the staff in the Club Lounge. They remembered my name and ensured my needs were met. The room was also maintained to high standards. Well kept.

This did not significantly impact my overall stay however.

My room, a beautiful room newly refurbished, faced an inner courtyard. this meant i heard constant noise from some sort of machinery. the tv wasn't great either. The picture quality seemed off, and the channel selection was limited. it was a bit disappointing, considering the hotel's reputation and i expect more.
