The infinity pool offered fine city views. It was refreshing. I found the location strategic, as there were numerous restaurants nearby. The discounted parking rate for hotel guests was convenient. This made exploring the area easier. I was happy with how clean the room was.

The location is strategic. Many famous eateries are a short walk away. Iconic places such as pavilion are also close. Indoor covered parking became affordable with the validated rate of rm10 per entry. Checking in and out was easy, a real pleasure.
The shower didn't have a door. It was a VERY minor inconvenience.

The hotel lacked a restaurant, though a small café with buns existed. The location contains numerous dining options. This makes eating out VERY convenient. Multiple convenience stores surround the area.

Staff provided good follow-up regarding a left item. They located my charger after i wrote in about it, then returned it. They returned it during my subsequent stay. I was very impressed.

The Bukit Bintang station is close. It is only 6-7 minutes to the hotel. The pavilion is also accessible. It is a short 5-minute walk from the hotel. The location makes several well-known buildings visible.
