I had to pay a deposit before arrival. I was woken at 8am by hammering. The beds were not comfortable at all.

I wasn't happy about paying a 50% deposit before i even got there. i woke up at 8 am because of hammering, shouting, and dogs barking. the hallway smelled musty! the beds weren't comfortable. Neither were the pillows.
