the harbour view from the room was nice.. it offered a pleasant backdrop. the staff were generally helpful and responsive to requests. the hotel's location is convenient to shops and restaurants in the area.

i found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night. the soundproofing in the room was not adequate. the air conditioning unit was noisy and its controls were not intuitive. also, i noticed that the shower leaked.

the room i stayed in felt quite basic i expected more for the price i paid there were no teaspoons provided only two large mugs and no cutlery i had to go downstairs to ask for some because the phone didn't work the shower knob was broken and fell off during my shower also i was disappointed there weren't smart tvs so i couldn't use netflix
