poor communicationlate checkout time

The communication between receptionists was POOR. I was initially promised a late checkout of 2 pm when my room got upgraded. a different receptionist told me at checkout the next day that I would be charged if I stayed until 2 pm. This caused unnecessary stress.

the rooftop bar was nice. it had panoramic views as the sun set! the location was close to the harbour and city centre.

I did not like being charged an extra fee on arrival. it was in case of room damage purposes? The communication was poor between receptionists.

The reception staff were very helpful. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The room was comfortable and clean (i was satisfied with the tidiness). The staff was always polite.

There were no plates or cutlery provided in the room. I found only a teaspoon and cups for coffee. There was also no tap for drinking water in the room, i had to go outside to fill water. The air conditioner was not effective.

I found the staff very helpful. They showed me where everything was and what options I had for food. The room was modern and a good size. I could even order hot plates at breakfast, a great option.

I found the parking costs unclear. I ended up paying more than expected, and the ability to come and go was restricted.

The hotel is centrally located. The harbour is an easy walk of about ten minutes. I parked my hire car next door in the Willon car park, a very convenient option. The area felt very accessible.
