perfect stay close to everything
quiet room clean room helpful staff affordable spot
the rooms were quiet and clean i appreciated the modern well kept facilities. the front desk was helpful granting us late checkout. it was a short walk from queen street the sky tower and the harbour making exploration easy. i found it to be an affordable spot

my room had a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. the gym included a treadmill , elliptical machine and free weights. i found the included breakfast to be quite good , with both hot and cold options.
the room lacked a dedicated exhaust fan , which slightly affected ventilation.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location was very central, a real bonus for exploring. i appreciated the early check-in. It made a big difference after a long journey. they also stored my bags securely before check-in.
the breakfast selection could have included more variety (it was ok, though).

excellent location straightforward check-in cleaning delay used linen
The location proved excellent. I also found the breakfast quite good. It came as a nice surprise, as I had forgotten about it. Check-in was straightforward and the team assisted with storing our bags.
The room cleaning experienced delays. previously used linen remained in the room. The bathroom bin was not emptied. I noticed makeup on the pillowcase as well.
