I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location was very central, a real bonus for exploring. i appreciated the early check-in. It made a big difference after a long journey. they also stored my bags securely before check-in.

the breakfast selection could have included more variety (it was ok, though).

the hotel provides laundry facilities, a definite plus. breakfast starts early at 6:00 am, convenient for early excursions. wifi worked reliably throughout the building, which i found important.

The location proved excellent. I also found the breakfast quite good. It came as a nice surprise, as I had forgotten about it. Check-in was straightforward and the team assisted with storing our bags.

The room cleaning experienced delays. previously used linen remained in the room. The bathroom bin was not emptied. I noticed makeup on the pillowcase as well.
