prime location helpful staff easy access
The hotel boasted prime location to the train station. This was very practical. I found appreciated the toiletries and the staff was helpful, offering easy early access to my room. This assistance proved beneficial, I use a walking stick, and I did not have to walk around for hours.

The room was clean. (That is always a plus!)
I found the service at the front desk somewhat lacking. When I checked in, there was no assistance offered with my luggage. the room lacked a "Make Up Room" card, so I had to call to request service, delayed due to a high volume of requests.

we arrived and were excited to find twin beds AVAILABLE. the restaurant made it easy because we did not have to go anywhere when tired. My friend was able to check in EARLY.

the breakfast offered a good selection. the location proved convenient, especially for accessing various retail outlets and restaurants. i found the valet parking service to be efficient and well-managed. i liked the super comfortable bed.
the minibar items seemed overpriced compared to similar items available in nearby stores.

the lobby staff was polite and very helpful. the check-in staff was especially efficient. they were eager to assist with any questions i had about the local area and amenities, offering directions. it made my arrival smooth!
