Fantastic Central Hotel
central location metro station varied breakfast helpful staff
The location was a major plus. I could easily walk to many attractions and the main metro station was very close. This made getting around the city very simple. The breakfast had varied options. Everything tasted fresh. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any questions i had.
The coffee machine in the room was essentially unusable because capsules were not available.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location!
great location minimal noise
The hotel location was really great. Restaurants were available right at the doorstep. The meeting location for all our scheduled day excursions was easily reachable on foot. Our room faced the busy street, but nighttime noise was minimal. I appreciated that.
I found the bathroom had some flimsy fixtures. For instance, the toilet paper holder was loose. I also noticed a lack of sufficient hangers for the robes and towels. These issues should be addressed for greater guest comfort.

The breakfast included diverse options such as pastries, meats, eggs, and bacon, so everyone could find something to eat. They also offered coffee, tea, and a variety of juices, convenient. The food was AMAZING!!!

The modern rooms provided soundproofing, so I wasn't bothered by outside noise. The room had all the facilities one could possibly need. It included a welcome sign, which I really appreciated. This added a personal touch.

the staff was attentive i found that very helpful the room was clean a fantastic view of the promenade was included breakfast was also great i liked the location
the key card system didn't work well i had to keep going back to reception to fix it the coffee machine in the room was practically useless because they don't offer capsules they charge a lot per night but there is no quality

central position quiet room nearby restaurants nice toiletries
i found the hotel perfectly situated near many restaurants. hard rock cafe was within walking distance, which served as a meeting point for my day trips. my room had a quiet atmosphere at night, facing a busy street. the hotel also offered nice toiletries.
i noticed the toilet paper holder in the bathroom felt loose, and there were limited hangers for robes and towels.

The reception staff were helpful with directions and provided city maps. the hotel offered transportation to destinations. I highly recommend it. i appreciated the effort the staff made to accommodate requests.
