was so good
central location fresh cake fantastic service
i really appreciated the hotel's central location , close to rossio station. the room provided everything i needed. upon arrival , i was offered water and freshly made cake , a very nice touch. i also found the breakfast service to be fantastic with delicious food.
i noticed the room lacked adequate curtains , allowing light to enter early in the morning.

the hotel offers a spa area which guests can reserve privately. it includes a sauna , a turkish bath , and a jacuzzi. the pool area also provides a refreshing space with comfortable loungers.

the double room panoramic view provided ample space and essential amenities. the air conditioning system worked well , effectively cooling the room. i was very happy with the bed , it was comfortable.

every staff member i encountered was amazing and helpful. they genuinely cared about my comfort and quickly responded to any requests. the team.

the hotel is positioned perfectly , close to many attractions. i safety was good within this immaculately kept boutique hotel. it is also very close to rossio station , providing easy access to transportation.

coffee bar honor bar
The hotel has a free coffee bar and cake each afternoon, a nice touch. the expansive honor bar features cocktails, wine, and port in a living room setting. It is also quite enjoyable. the location is stylish and near dining and wine bars.
the room did not have adequate curtains to keep the light out when it dawned. i had to take a nearly cold shower because there was not enough hot water for two showers.

the staff were very attentive and responsive. the front desk staff are excellent. they organised a transfer to the airport. reception quickly answered all questions.

The spa was wonderful. I booked it for one hour. the session was private and complimentary with steam, sauna, and a whirlpool. there is a lovely courtyard. the hotel is a renovated home.

Acceptable stay , some issues noticed
tasty pastries plentiful breakfast inadequate curtains cold shower
The breakfast was plentiful. Pastries were VERY tasty. There was a lot of fruit. Omelets were tasty, available upon request.
The room lacked proper curtains. TOO much light entered the room as soon as it dawned. I had to take an almost cold shower. There wasn't enough hot water for two showers.
