Acceptable stay, some issues
airport shuttle failure
The advertised airport shuttle DIDN'T show up, nearly causing us to miss our flight. The front desk called a taxi, but we had to pay for it. This made us late for check-in on a busy travel day.

The hotel is very close to the airport. This made my early flight stress-free. A complimentary shuttle service ran frequently and it was very reliable. The modern design and cleanliness throughout the hotel were excellent.
The sound proofing in the room wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway quite clearly. This impacted my sleep quality a little.

Breakfast included a good selection of items and i found it delicious. The restaurant offers dinner. This avoids the need to search for alternatives. The staff in the dining area were polite and attentive.

The staff were very professional and cute. The rooms are comfy and warm! the shower was great and i especially enjoyed the cheesecake. i really appreciated the lovely breakfast and the excellent service. It included a shuttle, very useful.
the walls lacked soundproofing and i could hear everything in the next room! this continued until late and affected my sleep.

the staff checked me in early after my long flight. the shower had great water pressure and temperature. i got uber rides easily in the morning!
the sound proofing was bad. i could hear everything in the corridor. sleeping with the air conditioner running was not possible, it was too loud.

This hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The service runs frequently, with access. The reception staff were efficient (even late at night). The check-in process was very smooth. I found complimentary water and Portuguese sweets waiting in my room, a very nice touch. The room was warm, spacious, and clean.
The hot and cold indicators on the bathroom sink were reversed, a minor inconvenience.
