the staff were helpful i found the location allowed easy access to transport links. the room was clean i saw the breakfast had multiple options. i found it easy to get around the area from this hotel.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect i could hear some noise from other rooms.

the staff were very polite. the breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit and pastries. i liked it was a superior triple room and had lots of space.
the bathtub didn't provide a good shower experience. the shower was handheld and that cause water accumulation. it wasnt so good.

The breakfast offered little variety. It remained the same during my entire stay. The bathroom had issues. I could hear noises from drains in other rooms. Communication with the kitchen staff was difficult because they do not speak English, so I used Google Translate.

The location was amazingly convenient, especially its closeness to the metro station. I appreciated the very easy access to transportation. The staff was super friendly. They were helpful throughout my entire stay.
This meant I sometimes had to wait longer than expected.

Breakfast presented many options, and I found lots of different fruits and meals. The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the fresh espresso. It definitely gave a good start to my days.
