i extend my gratitude to every staff member across departments. they enhanced our stay and left a lasting positive impression. i particularly appreciated the efficient room service i used twice. the front desk staff also helped me with directions to a local attraction. i look forward to returning in the future.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway outside my room. It was promptly taken care of when i mentioned it.
