the breakfast team offered a superb service . i found the staff quite helpful and happy, a definite plus. the location suited my travel needs perfectly with convenient access to nearby attractions.

The hotel's location is right on the racecourse. This is very convenient for racing fans. it also is within a 5 minute walk to canals, giving access to heritage areas. i could see miles of nature close by.

I appreciated the kind staff. The room overlooked the parade ring, a great extra, especially for racing fans. Breakfast was excellent. Staff constantly refilled the food so every item was available.

I felt welcomed from the beginning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The location was convenient for the racecourse.

The staff proved very helpful. They accommodated my needs quite well. Breakfast was good. The breakfast included pancakes.
I found the system of disabled parking problematic. A car occupied a bay without displaying a blue badge. This made it difficult for me to access the space with my wheelchair.
