relaxing riverside getaway
helpful staff free bicycles convenient location nearby bars
this hotel was a great choice for a recent trip. the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the option to use the bicycles for free. the location was also convenient, with many food places and bars nearby!
The air-conditioning unit in my room seemed poorly placed. It primarily cooled the doorway instead of the entire room, though this was minor.

Relaxing Stay Near the River
quiet garden big balcony good breakfast
The hotel features a quiet garden, located alongside the river. The room had a big balcony with wonderful views. Breakfast provided a good selection of options. The pool was excellent.
I found the air-conditioning unit was poorly placed. It cooled mainly the doorway instead of the whole room.

the spacious room was acceptable.
the breakfast lacked variety, i found the selection quite small. the toaster only worked on one side so i had to make toast twice. the fruit seemed a bit dry, not very appetizing..

outdoor pool diverse food polite staff
The outdoor pool provided a great experience. It felt clean. the room had a tv. breakfast included diverse food. all staff were consistently polite, a plus.
the air conditioning didn't cool the entire room adequately.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
worn flooring stale croissants
The room offered a view of the river and provided a nice backdrop.
I found the condition of the hotel disappointing. The flooring looked worn, especially in the hallways and elevator area. The sun loungers by the pool were old and tired, with one even breaking as I tried to use it. Breakfast options were also not great. The fruit seemed dry, the toaster only toasted one side, and the croissants tasted stale.

breakfast selection ground floor scuff mark sun loungers
the breakfast selection suited most people. staff were eager to please. the ground floor unit included direct access to the pool this feature gave us great usability of the pool.
the flooring around the hotel looks worn out. there are scuff marks all around the hallways and elevator. sun loungers are old some had broken wheels that i fixed. the fridge was not defrosted.
