The location was convenient to Paddington station. It made travel easy. The staff were pleasant and helpful when asked.
The room was quite small. There was limited space to move around. The bathroom was also very compact! the shower especially. The decor felt a bit dated.

i found the staff cute when i arrived in the morning. i left my luggage at the depository without problems. the room included complimentary breakfast for me to enjoy. the hotel was a short walk from paddington station.
the bathroom felt a bit small. the road noise was loud at night.

The hotel's location is a major plus! I was very close to Paddington Station, so transport was easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. They promptly addressed my inquiries. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, convenient.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, just a short walk from Paddington. Access to complimentary tea and coffee was available anytime. I was able to store luggage after checking out. It was very convenient.

the bathroom was quite cramped. i struggled to move around comfortably in such a small space. also, i found the bed a bit too firm. i prefer a softer mattress, this one gave me some trouble sleeping.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the hotel let me drop off my luggage before check-in. this allowed me to start my day without carrying my bags.
the room lacked proper sound isolation. sounds from the street were quite noticeable, especially in the mornings.
