i stayed in a signature room for several nights. the location proved very convenient with a bus stop located nearby. i also found the quirky decor quite interesting , especially the taxidermy.
there was no information sheet available to advise on how to request items.

The hotel's decor was unique. the taxidermy specimens added an exciting element to the premises. i found the staff friendly. They were always professional and ready to assist. the location near the underground station allowed easy access to many locations.
I encountered a slight inconvenience. this presented a minor challenge.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the hotel is conveniently located near the royal albert hall. the room was clean, and the bar had a great atmosphere. the complimentary water and cocktails were a generous touch!
the room was very small, difficult to get ready in. there was limited space for luggage and personal items. the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries. it was very expensive though.
