loud musiclimited resolution
The event space created a SERIOUS problem. i paid for quiet nights, yet loud music thumped through the floor until late. The staff did little to resolve this issue after my complaint. This affected my sleep and overall satisfaction.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful from arrival. i felt welcome throughout my stay. the bar was great. i was upgraded to a junior suite because of the length of my stay. the room was super clean and beautifully decorated.

the underground station is conveniently located a short two-minute walk away. this provides quick , easy access to central areas. the proximity to public transport enhances the hotel's appeal for exploring the city.

the junior suite featured a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. complimentary tea and hot chocolate were provided in the room , a very nice touch. the cleaning staff maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

the breakfast menu offered delicious options. i was particularly impressed by the freshly cooked selections available. the attentive service enhanced the dining experience , a notable positive aspect of the stay.

mouldy shower cubiclefilthy carpet
i found some aspects of the room unsatisfactory. the shower cubicle had mould and rust. also, the carpet on the stairs to the room looked filthy (it was hard to ignore). these issues affected my overall impression.
