i appreciated the room overlooking the sea. the breakfast offered a good selection. the location was near the town centre and the south west coast path, convenient for exploring. the hosts were friendly.
the parking area was a bit tight , making it slightly challenging to maneuver.

The breakfast included with the room was acceptable I suppose.
The room itself was a bit of a letdown. The promised ocean view was mostly obstructed by what I can only describe as aggressively overgrown shrubbery. It was a real shame, given what I paid for the 'Beautiful Double or Twin Room Ocean View'.

the hosts were friendly and helpful. breakfast included good bacon and eggs. i had a large bath and a separate shower (perfect after a long day).
the parking space was a little tight.
