A Charmed Stay!
seafront location helpful staff
The location is right on the seafront! I could easily walk into town. The restaurant and bar were excellent. All staff members were pleasant and very helpful.

The room was very comfy and tidy! It had everything I needed. I had a lovely view. Amenities included a hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

a mixed bag of experiences, i suppose
good food excellent flavor annoyed staff no fan
the food in the restaurant tasted pretty good. each item served included texture and flavor. the chef clearly knows what they're doing!!!
the reception staff seemed annoyed whenever i needed something. i seemed like an inconvenience. and there wasn't even a fan in the bathroom!!!

good breakfast full breakfast quality meat good meat good portion dark room bathroom fan reception staff
the breakfast tasted very good. the portions were a good size and the meats were of high quality. i especially liked the beans served each morning.
the reception staff rarely acknowledged guests entering. i was like an inconvenience when i needed assistance from them. the room felt dark and there was no fan in the bathroom.

great hotel in a prime spot
short walk sea view friendly staff
the hotel is a short walk from where the red jet arrives i found complementary water biscuits and chocolates in my room dinner and breakfast were served in the dining room with a great sea view the staff were friendly and helpful.

parking is on site it does tend to fill up by 6pm the hotel features a well-stocked bar where staff happily serve your favourite drinks the location is perfect for walks by the sea.

the hotel is in a great position on the esplanade facing the solent it is also only a fifteen minute walk to town and the quay side the views are beautiful and direct to the sea.

the staff are excellent they are helpful and friendly the hotel staff are always polite and meet all requests nothing is too much trouble for them they seem happy to help with little extras.

the room was clean it was also well heated the hotel offers rooms with a sea view they also provide extra pillows upon request the rooms are well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

The staff in the restaurant were attentive. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The restaurant offered a good view from every table. Parking was free and convenient.
The hotel lacks elevators. This could be a concern with mobility issues.
