country charm
friendly staff ground floor excellent food
i found the staff really friendly. they gave me a ground floor room with a bathroom (it was fitted out for people with disabilities). the food was excellent, especially dinner.
the room i stayed in was above the kitchen. it was next to a boiler exhaust so it was noisy. i did not get a lot of sleep.

the full english breakfast was good. i found the dining area very cute for drinks and dinner. the pub nearby seemed wonderful, especially with the lovely locals frequenting the bar.

great atmosphere amazing breakfast
the staff assisted in any way they could , i found that wonderful. breakfast was amazing , i especially liked the variety.
i noticed a very slight musty smell downstairs , it was hardly noticeable though.

friendly staff rebellion brewery
The staff was very friendly. the food was excellent, both for the evening meal and breakfast. i appreciated the clean, well-appointed room. It was very comfortable. i also enjoyed the local rebellion brewery real ales available (i recommend trying them!).
i found that there was no hair dryer available in the room, inconvenient. the bathroom seemed primarily set up for a disabled person, and as i am tall, the low sink with a shelf above it posed a challenge for daily use.

the staff were very cute and helpful.. the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.
My wife and i stayed here and we were very disappointed with the accommodation, a two bedroom country cottage. this place is dirty and run down.

The room was generously sized and had a beautiful décor. I liked the spacious bathroom provided with an excellent selection of toiletries. I found breakfast to be really good and the staff were very cute.
