The location was central and easy to access. The owner offered early check-in because of room availability. I found both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the service was excellent. The room had a quiet atmosphere and the shower provided great water pressure.

The hotel offered fresh milk with tea and coffee. My room had plenty of space and storage. I found a full-length mirror, WHICH I really appreciated. I also appreciated the quirky sitting room areas available .

The bedroom doors were quite HEAVY and created considerable noise when closing.

i found that breakfast and customer service both fell short. my room was excessively hot, and the windows were sealed shut. the lack of air conditioning. the fire alarm blared, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the inexperienced staff to resolve the issue.

The bedroom was so well presented with such beautiful decor. the cleanliness of both the bedroom and bathroom added to the feeling of romance. the staff were cute. Nothing was too much trouble for them. also, the food felt very special. We enjoyed every meal.

The wifi setup was slightly awkward. I had to complete a popup for access, but it vanished quickly.

the hotel enjoys a position right in the heart of the town. parking is available nearby at the station road car park. using the mipermit app for parking made everything very easy and reasonably priced.

i was disappointed , especially given the price i paid for my room. the room lacked air conditioning, so it was uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. the windows did not open , exacerbating the issue.
