I appreciated the hotel location, a quick walk to pultney bridge and situated on a quiet street. breakfast was delicious, offering varied options like a full english breakfast and yogurt parfait. the staff was friendly and helpful. Maxine was especially kind. i found the room to be very cozy.
the shower had poor pressure , made it difficult to have a relaxing shower.

ripped blind misrepresented bar
the location was acceptable, being a short walk to the main attractions.
The room felt quite dated. i noticed rust in the bathroom, and a blind was ripped (details matter, you know). the so-called bar was just an honesty bar with few seats. It seemed misrepresented.

ripped duvet cover inconvenient light switch
the staff was kind. the location suited me.
my 'superior double room' was not superior. the duvet cover had a noticeable rip. also, the bedside light failed to function, and the main light switch was inconveniently located across the room. this meant a nightly stumble in the dark. twice.

helpful staff friendly staff good food pretty room poor shower pressure poor internet dirty room
The breakfast choices were good and the food tasted great. The staff were really friendly and helpful, ALWAYS available when needed. I liked the aesthetics. The breakfast room was pretty, very charming. It was in a nice area too. Quite and safe.
The shower pressure was pathetic! i think, the internet upgrade had no effect, because the internet was still poor. Our room was not cleaned very well. There was hair on the carpet. The location was fine, THOUGH parking was expensive.
