the room was lovely, clean, warm, and so comfortable. i liked that the check-in was self-service, no messing around. the large, free car park was a plus, as were the beautiful grounds at the rear.

the bedroom was a little too warm. opening the window wasn't really an option given the noise from outside.

i secured a discount. this allowed me to enjoy the restaurant next door with its wonderful food. i found the hotel easy to access. the setting created a relaxed atmosphere.

upon arrival the toilet did not function very well and broke in the morning. loud plumbing was noticeable. road noise necessitated window closure.

I found the staff helpful. They gave water and biscuits to my dog. The team assisted with forgotten items from the cottage. The gardens are great for dog walks.

The room faced a busy road, so noise was constant. Ear plugs were provided. they were not adequate. It was hard to sleep well.

my room was spacious and beautifully furnished. it matched the hotel's regency style character. the en-suite bathroom was contemporary and the shower had plenty of hot water.

the bedroom window was painted shut, so the room felt very hot. there was no ventilation and a small tower fan proved inadequate. i noticed holes in the bedroom carpet.

The grounds were lovely and offered ample parking. I appreciate the key code check-in system. It was efficient. The room was clean and the grounds well-kept with a nice seating area. It looks to be very dog friendly too.

The room i stayed in was small. I noticed it was very cold. I didn't see any staff during my entire stay other than cleaners as i was leaving. One night, we didn't even have hot water.

i found the location convenient with ample parking. the room was a good size with toiletries supplied. i received communication for check-in with plenty of time (which i appreciated). the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

during my stay, i noticed the absence of a reception area. also, there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. i had to use the shower to fill the kettle, a bit inconvenient.
