the inn was in a quaint village. the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable for a wonderful night's sleep. the hosts were charming. dinner and breakfast were delicious. they were served downstairs in the historic inn.
the male landlord was RUDE. he. i also saw some other comments about him. these comments said he had also been rude to past guests and people using the pub. for that reason, we would never use there again.

The setting felt straight out of a storybook, so idyllic. our room, the executive triple room, had all necessary amenities. the beds were comfortable (a welcome relief after our travels!). the local sandford orchards cider was scrumptious. I highly recommend trying it.
