Mixed feelings about my stay.
billing error system error
The room was spacious and generally clean. It met basic expectations.
The front desk made mistakes on my bill at check-in and check-out. This was upsetting. both times, the quoted amount was higher than it should have been. i was told it was a system error, but that is not acceptable. The system should be checked more often.

the premier room king was spacious. the cleaning service provided extra water and amenities without request.
the hotel isn't very close to the metro station.

clean room spacious room helpful staff great variety
The room was super clean and spacious. i found the staff very helpful and attentive. i especially valued the travel tips the concierge provided. They made my journey seamless. breakfast had great variety (especially the local dishes) and everything was delicious.
the gym could use a little more maintenance.

the breakfast buffet offers diverse foods from both eastern and western cuisines. the beijing banquet restaurant on the second floor enables enjoyment of delicious food with good prices. the hotel sells tasty grain coffee and desserts on the first floor.
