the airport shuttle was acceptable it got me to the terminal without delays

i had issues connecting to the wifi it never worked i needed to message my family and couldn't this caused stress the room service breakfast was pathetic it contained two buns one boiled egg and some juice the breakfast should be available earlier

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus, and that was helpful because it saved me time and money. the staff were professional and friendly. i also liked the food in the lounge. It tasted amazing.

The wifi did not work, and i could not contact my family. this caused me stress. the takeout breakfast was poor. It had two buns, one boiled egg, apple juice, and yogurt. i thought it was too little.

The free shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes, it is very convenient. the staff assisted with my luggage with genuine care. the hotel provided an upgrade to a premier king suite. It was spacious and very well-appointed.

the in-room wifi was not stable. it was difficult to maintain a connection, this hampered simple tasks.
