the hotel featured clean facilities. the staff was very friendly and helpful, very good. i really appreciated the cozy room. breakfast was delicious and i loved it. i found the lobby quite inviting.

I found clean rooms. the crisp, dry towels were a lovely touch. the gym allowed me to maintain my routine. It suited me perfectly. i liked that the hotel is near the subway. It helped with travel.
i didn't like that they weren't so attentive at the front desk. a lady was even on her phone as we wanted to check in! she took my phone from my hands! she gave zero eye contact.

Decent stay. Some ISSUES
unwelcoming stafflimited breakfast
I found the front desk staff to be quite UNWELCOMING. they seemed disconnected and not very helpful. This made simple requests difficult. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety for healthier options like rolled oats. the absence of jam for the croissants was also a bit disappointing.

I appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Their assistance was invaluable. the location proved central. a complimentary self-service laundry room with dryers greatly benefited our family. It was a definite bonus. we found it very convenient.
The breakfast variety could benefit from additional healthier options.
