the staff were rude and unhelpful. i requested an early check-in after driving for hours and was refused. i returned at 5 pm to a room with peeling wallpaper, a cracked sink, and dirty curtains.

the hotel had a great location. it was very close to everything i wanted to see. the room was a good size and the breakfast was excellent. the pool was great after a long day.

My sleep quality was poor. the soundproofing in the room was nonexistent. i could hear everything my neighbors did all night. the hotel staff did not seem keen to help. I dealt with it myself.

The room had an excellent modern bathroom. (I especially liked the water pressure!). The hotel is very near all main attractions. Staff members were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful.

Arriving by car was a little difficult. The street is really narrow to access.
