the breakfast was really amazing. i especially appreciated that they offered multiple halal food options. the fresh orange juice machine was a great touch too (i love fresh juice!). the staff gave our baby some lovely gifts.

the room was super cold. even in a 5-star hotel, i expect to be able to adjust the room temperature. the service did not provide a heater when requested. our vacation was impacted by this issue.

small gyminconvenient pool hours

the gym was quite SMALL , and it definitely felt overcrowded with more than a few people. also , the pool hours were inconvenient , as it did not open until 11am EACH day. this made it difficult to enjoy a morning swim before other activities. the limited access negatively impacted my stay , and I hope they consider extending the pool hours.

Fresh pastries and fruits were available daily. The pool area was very clean. The staff maintained the area meticulously throughout the day.

The gym was a bit small and lacked some equipment.
