the swimming pool was a particular disappointment. the water was cold. i expected a higher temperature for a relaxing swim. the jacuzzi water was also not warm enough, limiting its use, i additionally found the room service lacking. orders took a considerable time to arrive and some items were not available

i found the location convenient near a large shopping center (easy access to anything needed). the breakfast offered a great variety with made-to-order egg dishes available. i also appreciated the complimentary access to the wellness area including a jacuzzi and pool. the staff were helpful and quick to assist with any questions.
The air conditioning was a little difficult to adjust. I didn't find an ideal temperature at first.

i was very impressed with several aspects the room was very modern i noted a sleek design throughout the hotel the breakfast selection was extensive i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries each morning the staff were helpful offering quick responses to my questions the location was convenient with easy access to local attractions
i noticed that the soundproofing in the room was not as effective as i would have liked i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway this made it a little difficult to relax fully in the evenings

the front desk provided prompt assistance with check-in and check-out procedures i also found the concierge services quite useful for arranging transportation i received excellent service throughout my stay.

the hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center i used it daily i also took advantage of the on-site parking which was both convenient and secure the pool area looked clean and well kept.
