breakfast variety staff politeness good location superior room heater mode shower head
the breakfast was great and had lots of variety. the staff was polite and lovely, i will come back. the location is good, very close to everything.
i booked a superior room, but it was not what i expected. the air conditioning unit in the room only allows heater mode during winter. the placement of the shower head wasnt ideal.

noisy atmosphere overwhelmed staff
the breakfast area REALLY disappointed me. the staff seemed overwhelmed. tables were not cleaned promptly and the noise from clearing dishes was constant.

My room was very spacious. it featured a large desk, suitable for working. i appreciated the inclusion of a mini-fridge. the hotel's breakfast terrace offered sweeping views. This added to the experience.
The gym was a bit of a walk. It wasn't directly in the hotel.

acceptable stay , but some issues noted
bad soundproofing expensive parking
the breakfast had a good spread and the staff present were helpful , a point in its favor.
i was disappointed by the noise level from outside , it was hard to ignore. the sound proofing seemed inadequate, and i could hear doors closing loudly and music from a nearby club most of the night. i also found the lack of parking a real problem, as i had to use a nearby parking lot which was quite expensive and seemed insecure.

great location efficient staff good breakfast comfortable size
The hotel has a great location near the metro. It made getting around very easy. The room size was good, it accommodated luggage well. The staff were cute and very efficient during check-in. I found the breakfast on the ninth floor to be very good.
The pillows provided were very soft and not supportive enough.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud, it made sleeping difficult. the room service menu was limited. I expected more choices for a hotel of this standard. the housekeeping staff missed cleaning my room one day, it was an oversight i did not appreciate.

solid stay near the center
varied choice friendly staff included breakfast
the breakfast buffet impressed me. it had many choices. the staff was friendly and helpful. i was upgraded and even got breakfast included in my stay. the location is central, though the area itself feels quiet.
The room smelled unpleasant. And felt quite cramped. the furniture seemed a bit old. i didn't find the experience particularly enjoyable because of these issues.
