The hotel location is great, near many shops and restaurants. I found the staff very helpful and courteous . Each floor has a unique continent theme. My room reflected this with a city name. (a nice touch!).

i found the location convenient with easy access to many shops, and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. the room was modern, clean, and spacious. breakfast offered many tasty choices to start my day.
the shower pressure was a little low, made rinsing a bit difficult.

The hotel is near to several shops and restaurants. this makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring. i easily walked to the grand place and other main attractions. This made sightseeing easy.

breakfast featured a continental selection. the food counters were constantly replenished with fresh items. i enjoyed the variety of pastries, fruits, and hot beverages. breakfast was served in a nicely decorated space.

it was alright i guess

okay locationsock smellsandpaper towels
the location was okay it was near some things. the staff mostly left me alone, which i appreciated.
my room, a twin room, smelled like old socks and disappointment. the shower barely dripped, and the towels reminded me of sandpaper. it really made me miss my cats.

the room included a bathtub rather than only a shower. The reception staff were helpful. The checkout time was midday this was quite helpful.
The pillows smelled AWFUL. I asked them to change them.
