i found the room to be very clean and modern. the hotel staff were super nice . its proximity to nearly everything was the best part. the location made getting around very convenient.
the windows did not block outside noise well. i could clearly hear traffic sounds from my room. this was a slight disturbance.

the hotel includes a spa area with large windows that provide excellent views. breakfast offered a huge choice and variety of options. the hotel also has a premium lounge upstairs which is available during the day.

the receptionists gave great restaurant recommendations in the area. the senior staff was very helpful . the hotel attended to my request for individual solid soap prior to arrival.

the room was clean, i guess.
The tv was ancient. It only showed local channels. no usb ports either. It's like they forgot about modern technology. also, i had to practically shout to get anyone to answer guest services. Three calls went unanswered, seriously?

the location was indeed great. i found the staff helpful (especially with directions). the breakfast buffet was really good, including a wide variety of options.
