lobby detail nice design clean room
I appreciated the beautiful attention to detail in the lobby. The hotel design and decorations are really nice. Free fresh water was very useful (I refilled my bottle daily). Our room faced the Botanical Garden. It was pristine, clean, and lovely decorated.
The location was near the train station, but it was quite far from the city center.

The hotel's location provided easy access to many spots in the city. The hotel was a few steps from the train station. The location allowed easy access to the central district, and I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The breakfast was varied. It featured an excellent selection of dishes. Staff were helpful and positive. I especially liked birdsong sounds near the lifts. It was romantic and tender.

central location filtered water small room dinner options
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Brussels Noord station. This location made travel simple. The botanical theme was a nice touch. I also liked that filtered water was available on my floor. This was really useful.
The room I stayed in felt too small. There was little space to open two bags. The bathroom was cramped as well. There were no dinner options on a Saturday night. I wish there were more choices.

i appreciated the hotel's aesthetic and unique interior. the breakfast was nice (i especially liked the variety).
the room i was in was quite small. i also found the bird noises near the elevator somewhat grating (it was a bit much).

The location was ideal. The metro was directly outside, it made getting around so easy! our room was spacious. it easily accommodated three people. i found several great food options just across the street from the hotel. This was very convenient.

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offered a convenient location near public transportation. I liked the design, and the hotel had real character.
The cooked breakfast could have been better , it was a slight disappointment.
