The reception had very polite staff. Andreea, the front desk executive , assisted us even before we had to ask, what a fantastic service! The location is close to the Brussels Midi station , very convenient for travel.
The room faced the road and was a little noisy from traffic.

I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite. It was spacious and elegantly appointed. The hotel's strategic location is excellent for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast selection featured many options in a bright dining space.
During the stay, the air conditioning system did not work throughout the hotel. The staff apologised for this inconvenience because a technician was unavailable over the weekend. The bed was not very comfy.

The hotel has a Brita water station in the lobby. I also noticed they stashed the luggage for many hours. The staff brought them out upon request, I was happy.

The hotel is close to the train station, I didn't need to take a Taxi! I walked a short distance. This made visiting other cities very convenient. WOW.

The staff was kind, giving helpful city information and many tips. They allowed free baggage storage, which enabled more morning exploration. The room felt spacious and well-equipped, easily meeting my needs. The city view was lovely, and the room was quiet, allowing complete rest.
