excellent experience near leidseplein
perfect location friendly staff modern amenities
i found the location perfect, close to transportation and many interesting spots. the staff was friendly and professional, assisting with early check-in. the hotel was modern and clean, the amenities were good and i enjoyed the street view from my balcony.
the sidewalk outside had some chewing gum stains, which detracted slightly from the overall impression.

the hotel is a short walk from major museums. a tram stop is close by. multiple restaurants are located nearby. canal cruise stations are within walking distance, providing convenient access to city tours.

the reception service was excellent and professional. staff members assisted with early check-in and provided helpful information. concierge services were available for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. i appreciated the attentive customer care.

The location proved acceptable.
The room's outdated bathroom featured broken tiles and a damaged bathtub. I could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room, thus there was a lack of privacy.

Excellent hotel stay
easy access comfortable bed nice touch
The location allows very easy access to main attractions. The bed was very comfortable. I found the fitness center useful. They also offer free drinks for skipping cleaning days, which i thought was a nice touch.
I found that the room lacked specific amenities normally expected. Water was not provided freely, and i needed to purchase it. This seemed an oversight given the price.

The breakfast included a fresh selection of ingredients. The variety of options was substantial, and the presentation was good. I noted that staff maintained a clean and well-stocked buffet area throughout service.

This hotel has convenient access to transportation. Bus 397 runs directly from schiphol airport. Multiple tram lines are within a short walk, providing connectivity to the central station and other city areas.

The hotel features a small shop selling snacks and drinks. Bicycle rentals are offered on-site. There are also umbrellas available for rent, which i thought was helpful for dealing with the weather.

i had a superior double or twin room. it was quite large and very clean. the breakfast buffet offered many choices including fresh fruit.
the temperature of the shower water could not be regulated properly.

helpful staff modern decor room temperature unavailable maintenance
the staff at reception was very helpful. they gave me clear directions to local attractions. the room had modern decor and felt spacious enough for my needs. i also appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the lobby..
the room temperature was difficult to regulate. i couldn't get it warmer than 19 degrees the first night. the maintenance team was not available, so i had to switch rooms. unfortunately, the view from the new room wasn't as nice..

Balanced stay
great location convenient transport helpful mini mart closed gym late breakfast ventilation view
The hotel's location is convenient, near Vondel Park. Trams stop right outside, so transport to Centraal Station is easy. I found a handy mini mart inside the hotel. (It was useful for quick needs.)
I found the gym closed due to a holiday. Breakfast only started at 07:00, too late for my schedule. The room faced a ventilation system, not very appealing.
